Armenian Artist"I started to draw as long as I remember me. Many people are asking me how I decided to become an artist? The thing is that I was born in 1978 in artistic family and was supported by my mother and grandparents from the very beginning of my childhood. So nobody surprised when in 1998 I made a decision to apply to Academy of Fine Arts in Yerevan.
During my studies I mostly was working in field of printmaking (etching,monotipe, linocut, dry point) and illustrations. The technique of dry point became my favourite so I work mostly in dry point. Since then I was participating in many group exhibitions world wide. I had two personal shows in Yerevan. I also illustrated children books and work in animation as a character and background designer."
