6.1.
Final Sale Policy: All sales are final unless:
- The item arrives damaged due to improper packaging.
- The delivered item differs significantly from its description.
6.2.
Return Procedure: Buyers must notify the Platform within 5 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Photographic evidence may be required.
6.3.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued after the Seller receives the returned item.
6.4.
Case-by-Case Review: Refund requests are reviewed at the Platform's discretion.
